How soon do I have to place my order?

As soon as possible. For tents and large-scale events during our peak season

(summer) you should be thinking of one or two months in advance.

What is needed to make an order?

In order to rent equipment we will need your address, contact number, credit card

for the 50% deposit, and a signed rental contract. Arrangements should be made

in advance for cash deposits or if you want to open an account.

Rental period?

Customers can have rental equipment for up to two weeks, anything exceeding that

is subject to additional fees.

Is there a delivery fee?

There is no additional delivery fee for events within the Chicago-land area.

When do you deliver?

We usually make deliveries a day or two before the event. Please have all orders

ready for pick-up the day after your event. If you would like to schedule a special

time request, please call our office.

What is your cancellation policy?

Equipment can be canceled 15-days prior to the event for a full refund. All equipment

is subject to a 30% cancellation fee up to 15 days before delivery date. All orders

canceled within 24-hours of day of delivery will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

If canceled once your rentals have been delivered, the full rental would apply.

I’ve got a price from a competitor and it’s lower, will you match it?
